How To Access Your Unit
You will be asked to provide and upload a form of identification, proof of address and a copy of your contents insurance documents (if you are not taking a policy from UK Storage Options Ltd)
HOW TO I GET ACCESS TO MY UNIT?
You will access your unit by using your mobile phone to enter the main gate (number will be provided on date contract begins).
You will have a proximity tag to enter the building. You scan this on the reader which unlocks the main door and also the door to the floor level your unit is on.
Each unit will be padlock protected. You can either provide your own padlock or purchase from us.
WHY WON’T THE GATES/DOORS/UNIT DOOR OPEN FOR ME?
If you are trying to access your unit outside the agreed opening hours, the doors will not open. You will only be able to exit the building.
